• Question:  Does Lewis Custom Painting Provide a Warranty?

Answer: Yes, we provide our customers with a 3 year labor & materials warranty on paint (materials warranty subject to only the paint we buy, not the paint a customer purchases).  Due to the nature of stain, we provide a 1 year labor/materials warranty on all stain projects where we supply the materials.  This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural causes (Hail, tornado damage,fire,  etc) nor does it cover damage caused by faulty drainage/construction (water/snow sitting for long periods on painted/stained areas), or rotting wood that is causing the paint/stain to peel/fade. (We do all we can at the time of the project to verify all surfaces are not rotting, but it is to the sole discretion of the owner to have rotting, wooden windows and the likes replaced before the painting project commences).

• Question:  Is Lewis Custom Painting Insured? 

Answer:  Yes, we are covered thru State Farm Insurance for $1,000,000 General Liability and $2,000,000 Aggregate/PCO and $1,000,000 Personal Injury.
